We checked the details of 298 privately hosted rooms on plott LIFE, excluding company-managed listings.

We counted rooms that list “washer” or “washer + dryer” under “Amenities · Facilities” as having a washer.

Rooms listing only a “shared washer” or “coin laundry room” in the building weren’t counted.
9 out of 10 rooms in Seoul (89%) have a washer, as do nearly 9 out of 10 rooms outside Seoul (88%).

Yes. Select “Washer” under “Filters” on the listings page to see rooms with an in-room washer.
Choose an area, then add the washer filter to narrow down rooms to match your needs.

Open a room’s details to see all its amenities, including the washer, dryer, fridge, and air conditioning.

Can I split the cost for a room with a washer?

33m2 requires a one-time payment and doesn’t offer split payments.

What to check when choosing a room with a washer

①“Washer” or “shared washer”?

If “washer” is listed under the room’s amenities, there’s a washer inside the room.
A “shared washer” or “coin laundry room” is a shared building facility, and access may vary by room.

②Rooms with no amenities listed

A few rooms (6%) don’t list any amenities.
If you can’t tell whether there’s a washer, message the host from the room details page before booking.

③Booking type

Rooms marked “Instant booking” are confirmed as soon as you pay.
For other rooms, the host must approve your booking after payment. If your move-in date is soon, check the booking type first.
