The management fee covers normal water, electricity and gas use, plus internet and TV. *The base management fee is ₩200,000 for 30 nights. Heating costs rise significantly in winter when the gas boiler is in use. From November 1 through the end of March each year, an additional winter heating fee of ₩100,000 applies, bringing the total management fee to ₩300,000 for 30 nights. If your combined electricity, gas and water bills exceed ₩300,000 for 30 nights by a significant margin beyond normal household use, we may charge only the actual amount over the limit after reviewing the bills. If any additional charges apply, we’ll share the usage details and bills with you first. If your stay includes only some days of the winter period, the heating fee will be calculated based on the number of days. Please keep windows closed while the heating is on, and lower the thermostat when you’ll be away for an extended period.
