Parking details
Mechanical parking is available in a dedicated lot outside the building. Capacity: 15 cars above ground and about 25 on B2. (Cars are moved by vehicle elevator.) The first hour is free for officetel guests. Additional time is ₩4,000 per hour, or ₩10,000 per day. Parking is free once your vehicle is registered (₩30,000 registration fee applies). A photo or copy of your vehicle registration is required.

Long-term discount
The standard occupancy is 2, the recommended occupancy is 3, and the maximum is 4 guests. An extra management fee applies for additional guests. For 1 extra guest (3 total), the fee is ₩20,000 per day. For 2 extra guests, the fee is ₩35,000 per day. We’ll provide extra bedding, an Immertec electric heating pad, dishes and cups for additional guests. There’s no check-out cleaning fee. However, a special cleaning fee applies for excessive stains on bedding or furniture, or for smoking in the room.
