I planned to live here myself, so everything—from the silk wallpaper to the appliances, including the refrigerator—is brand new. I’m offering it for short-term stays for a while due to work. 🚭 No smoking or pets, under any circumstances. 🏠 Resident registration isn’t possible for short-term stays. This isn’t a home to be used carelessly. I keep it clean and hope you’ll enjoy a comfortable stay and leave with happy memories. 📩 Once your booking is confirmed, I’ll message you with move-in details before arrival. 🚙 If you’re bringing a car, I can register it for visitor parking. Parking beyond the monthly limit of 100 hours may incur extra fees under the apartment management office’s policy. Nearby parking is recommended. 🙂 🧳 Please check that you haven’t left anything behind when you move out. 💰 Your deposit will be returned after I check the home’s condition. This may take 1–2 days.
