Please keep noise down after 9:00 PM. (Events/parties are banned. Noise complaints may lead to immediate eviction without refund.) - No smoking indoors (including e-liquids). (Smoking may incur charges for odor removal and linen cleaning.) - Guests are fully responsible for replacing or repairing broken items and for heavy stains (blood, vomit, food). Please notify us if anything’s damaged or soiled. - Please turn off all power to appliances and lights when you leave. - Please wash dishes, tidy up, and separate recyclables before checkout. Rinse containers with food residue. - Items left after checkout will be discarded. We aren’t responsible for forgotten items—please check before you go. - No parking on or around the building.
