Reviews aren’t posted right away. They become visible when the guest also leaves a review or after 14 days.

If a review is false or inappropriate, you can request to have it hidden with a reason and supporting evidence. A low rating alone isn’t grounds for removal.

Reviews don’t affect payouts or your hosting status.
