What happens to the cleaning fee if a guest cancels before moving in?
If a guest cancels before move-in, the cleaning fee is returned to them.
Cancellation penalty: Before move-in, the cancellation penalty is based on rent only
Cleaning fee refund: Maintenance fees, cleaning fees, and the deposit aren’t included in the penalty calculation
After the stay begins: If a guest leaves early, rent, maintenance fees, and cleaning fees for the remaining period aren’t refunded
