Cancel the same day you pay and a 10% fee applies
SamSamM2 fees follow the host’s refund rules.
However, if you cancel on the day you pay, a flat 10% of rent + booking fee is charged regardless of the listing’s refund policy.
If your booking falls within the host’s free-cancellation window, you may get a full refund.
No refund for unused days if you leave early
If you move in and later leave earlier than planned, there is generally no refund for the remaining days.

How much will the cancellation fee actually be?

① Cancel on the day of payment — example
If the monthly rent is ₩1,000,000 and you cancel the same day, the fee is 10% of ₩1,000,000 = ₩100,000.
② Cancel 8+ days before move-in — example
If monthly rent is ₩1,000,000 and booking fee is ₩99,000 (9.9% guest fee), canceling 8+ days before move-in means the combined amount is ₩1,099,000. A 30–50% fee equals about ₩329,700–₩549,500.
③ Cancel 1 day before move-in — example
With the same combined amount (₩1,099,000), canceling one day before move-in raises the fee to 50–70%, about ₩549,500–₩769,300.
Because cancellations aren’t allowed on or after move-in, if you already moved in and leave early, you can’t get a refund for the remaining period.
